The Data Controller, in the person of Mr. Dante Dellea, guarantees the data security, confidentiality and protection, at all stage in the process. Personal data is collected, processed and used according to the Legislative Decree 196/2003 and GDPR 679/16.

Purposes of the processing

Information systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during the normal course of operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet. This information is not collected to be associated with specific individuals, but by their own very nature could, through the processing and association with other data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. Purposes of the processing

The processing of any provided personal data is aimed to meet pre-contractual and contractual obligations; it allows the performance of the obligations required by health and safety provisions in the workplace and more generally by the regulatory obligations connected with the execution of the contract; it allows to manage any disputes and complaints, any audits at our or your headquarter and to determine the line of credit limit, also in order to stipulate a credit insurance policy.

The legal basis of the processing is the contract or pre-contractual negotiations, initiated on request of the interested party.

Methods of processing

Personal data will be processed in paper, computerized and telematic technologies and inserted into the relevant databases which the persons in charge of the treatment may access.

The processing may also be carried out by third parties who provide specific processing, administrative or instrumental services necessary to achieve the above purposes.

They can be communicated to the subjects entitled to access it by virtue of provisions laid down by law, regulations, community regulations. In particular, on the basis of the roles and tasks performed, some workers have been entitled to process personal data, within the limits of their competencies and according to the instructions given to them by the Data Controller.

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations. However, he reserves the possibility to use in cloud services; in this case the services suppliers will be selected from those who provide adequate guarantees, as intended in Art. 46 GDPR 679/16.

Refusal to provide data

Customers / Suppliers, natural or legal persons operating in the name and on behalf of Customers / Suppliers, legal persons, shall not refuse to provide the Data Controller with the personal data necessary to comply with provisions of law that regulate commercial transactions and taxation. The provision of further personal data may be necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of the transaction. Refusal to provide the data required by law will prevent the orders fulfilment; failure to provide additional data may compromise all or part of the fulfilment of other requests and the quality and efficiency of the transaction itself.

Persons operating in the name and on behalf of Customers / Suppliers, legal persons, can refuse to provide the Data Controller with their personal data. However, the provision of personal data is necessary for the proper management of the contractual relationship. Any refusal to provide data may compromise, in whole or in part, the contractual relationship.
